Geckolyst General Terms and Conditions (GTCs) serve as the foundational terms for all our products. This unified approach means you won't need to review different terms for each new purchase. The GTCs apply to all contracts with Geckolyst.

Fairness and Certification

We're not the only ones who believe our terms are fair. Our GTCs have been reviewed and certified as 'Customer Favorable' by TermScout, an independent contract rating company.

General Terms and Conditions

If there is a valid agreement between you ("Customer") and Geckolyst Solutions Private Limited ("Geckolyst") related to the subject matter herein, those terms will take precedence over these GTCs unless otherwise agreed upon by the parties in a specific Order Form.

Modifications to this Agreement

Geckolyst may modify these GTCs at any time by posting a revised version on this website (https://geckolyst.com/terms-and-conditions) or otherwise notifying the Customer. By continuing to use the services after the effective date of any modifications, the Customer agrees to be bound by the modified terms.

Usage Metrics

Usage Metrics are the building blocks of our products and represent the units consumed when customers use the Cloud Services.
